Human Resource Manager

We are looking to hire a Human Resource Manager having experience in manufacturing and safety. The individual should have experience with 40 - 50 employees in a manufacturing environment. Being bilingual in Spanish is a plus but not necessary. This is not a remote position on site attendance is mandatory

The HR Manager is responsible for:

• Recruiting, interviewing, hiring and orientation
• Safety compliance and employee safety training
• Workers' compensation case management
• Unemployment compensation case management
• Benefits administration
• Counseling, discipline, and discharge
• Supporting and guiding staff in matters of Employment and Safety
• Developing and maintaining policies and procedures

The best candidate is a professional who understands and has experience in manufacturing. The select candidate will know how to get things done, be very hands-on and keeping policies and procedures simple. Being an integral and vital part of the on-site team. This in a private business operation. This person must be skillful at recruiting, hiring and maintaining a diverse and unskilled work force.
